February and March

Hello hello!  It's been a busy few months!  Sit back, relax, and read all about my adventures as a two year old.

I spend quite a bit of time looking out this window.  What's so interesting out there you ask?  They are building a new house across the street.  The entire process has been so fascinating.  There are all kinds of big trucks, bulldozers, cement trucks, and all kinds of equipment that Mommy cannot name.  It's so exciting!!

I had a fun play date with some friends at the Children's Museum.  They have a new Sid the Science Kid exhibit.  We spent almost the entire time in this exhibit!  So many things to do.

My favorite was this car to drive.  Unfortunately it was many other kids' favorite as well. It was a hard lesson in sharing.
Megan's school had a carnival.  It was so much fun.  Megan got a "crazy hat" so then I really needed one too.  Love my hat!
A crazy hat and some new duckies... I'm really living the life!

Megan used to be the biggest photo bomber when I was a baby. I'm now returning the favor..

On Valentine's Day we had a family date night to Good Times Park in Eagan.  That place is so much fun.  We ran and ran and played and played.  It was SO MUCH FUN.

We babysat some friends while their parents went out to dinner.  Alyssa and I are only a few weeks apart.  We got along really well.

Sending out love and kisses to all of my blog readers!

I've spent a lot of my winter inside of block houses.  If we go to the basement, I want someone to build a block house around me.

Mommy had to wake me up from my nap on this day (a rare thing!) so she decided to snap a photo.  Sleepy toddlers are so adorable.

I had some major bed head this day (and many days....)

We took a mini vacation to Duluth for spring break.  Our first stop was the Great Lakes Aquarium.

This moose was pretty cool.

I liked "driving" the big barge.
And then the barge made me sad.  Well maybe it was the fact that my sister was driving the barge and it made me so mad that when it came to being my turn I kept crying as I was playing with it.
Fishing with Megan.  We caught lots of Minnesota fish.

I loved the water play area.  It was a mock up of the Great Lakes.  You could take your boat from Lake Superior all the way to the ocean.  It was not a dry experience.
 Wet but so fun!

We had dinner at Grizzly's.....and they had this big Grizzly there!

My favorite part of vacation was going to the train museum.  The first train car had all kinds of fun things to play with.
Just hanging out in the caboose.

CHOOO CHOOOOO!!!

Getting ready to go in the hotel pool.

 Yum! Orange!
What a beautiful sunset!

Our last stop before going home was the Duluth Children's Museum.  I spent most of my time there in this plane thing.
Digging for fossils
Spring has come (and gone and come back again).

 Love swinging at the park!
 King Andrew!

I have started taking gymnastics.  It's great because Megan has lessons at nearly the same time so it's something we can do (sort of) together.  I LOVE IT.  I call it "nymnastics" and no one can mention gymnastics around me until right before we leave as I will immediately want to get my coat and shoes on and go to gymnastics.  We do trampolines, bars, beginning tumbling practice, and basically just have lots and lots of fun.

This is our favorite thing to do at gymnastics.... 5 Little Monkeys!

I'm very cautious when it comes to jumping in the foam pit.  I like to just kind of slide myself down into it.

Mom and I have a standing lunch date every other Monday.  I'm almost always at my best behavior when just Mom and me go out to lunch.  It's one of Mommy's favorite times.  I wanted a hot dog for lunch on this day so we went to Wayback.  It took forever to get my hot dog so I spent lots of time stacking the ketchup, salt, and pepper in different formations.
I found this old spider costume and love to wear it in the basement now.

Just being silly before bedtime.

We found ourselves in NE Minneapolis one Saturday. We were shopping for a swingset for our back yard.  Since we were so close to downtown we decided to have lunch at the Old Spaghetti Factory.  We got to eat in a pretend trolley car. It was so much fun and everyone loved their spaghetti!  I couldn't be bothered to smile for the camera though. I was busy doing something uber important on my iPad.

I had my 2 year check up.  Here are my stats!
Height: 35 3/4 "
Weight: 30.8 pounds
Head circumference: 18 3/4 "

I'll leave you with a video of me singing and dancing to Twinkle Twinkle Little Star
