November (22 months)

It was Family Engineering night at Megan's school.  I wanted NOTHING to do with Family Engineering night.  I spent most of my time there in the boys bathroom washing my hands in the big sink. 

 

I love to be silly.  On this day I took Megan's jingle bell dance skirt, hopped into a laundry basket and started saying, "Cheese!" That's the universal signal to take my picture.

 

My hair hasn't calmed down much.  This must have been after a nap!

 

 

We had a family fun night at Mall of America.  We ate dinner at Bubba Gump Shrimp which was pretty fun.

 

My favorite part was the blue Jello in the little plastic container.  I slurped that thing down fast! 

 

After dinner it was time for a few rides.  For some reason it took FOREVER for the carousel ride to start.  It took so long that I just declared that I was "all done!" before it even started. Thankfully at that point it finally started and I enjoyed the ride.

 

I thought I'd start taking my own pictures for the blog. 

 

A nice shot of my Cars socks.  I'm big into socks. One of these days Mommy is going to get smarter and let me pick my socks FIRST before picking out my outfit. Then maybe my socks would match my outfit.

We had a fun outing to "Good Times Park" .  I just love that place.  There are so many things to do there and I get to run and run and run.  I took a fabulous nap that afternoon. 

What else is new with me?

• I now like to sleep with my (Megan's) Boots stuffed animal, my Llama Llama, Mommy's old baby doll, my puppy blanket, a crocheted blanket, and my sleep sack.  I'm very particular in the order that all of that stuff goes.  Oh and of course my beloved "pacis" (pacifiers)
• I like to play this game where I start requesting food.  Usually pizza or rice.  Or hot dogs. I also like to play a similar game where I put Mommy's bath robe over my head and Mommy's, declare we are in a "house" and then ask for pizza (then I pretend to eat it) and then I ask for rice and pretend to eat rice.  Then I feed my mom pizza and rice.  And repeat.
• I tell a knock knock joke.  It's a combination of two knock knock jokes that Megan tells. 

Andrew:  Knock Knock
Other person:  Who's there?
Andrew: A COW (said very dramatically)
Other person:  A cow who
Andrew:  Banana!

Isn't it great?!

• I am getting two more teeth.  They are taking forever to come in but they are the upper "eye" teeth.  
• I'm getting better at saying Megan.  It's more like "Meng meng" now. 
• I love going to school each week.  I have such a good time and really know the routine of everything now. 
• I'm very into singing lately.  My favorite lately has been "My God is so Big!"  I say, "Big! Big!" and then want everyone to sing it.  I am very good at the actions.  Tonight when I was going to bed I was trying to sing Jesus Loves Me.  I kept saying, "yes...me!  yes...me!"  I also really like the "bubbles" song from school.
